Excellent breakfast, fresh and delicious sweets, great coffee and tea selection. Amazing hotel, clean and equipped for relaxation. All inclusive program with fantastic food options and drinks. Plenty of activities and a spacious room with a comfortable bed. Helpful staff and free parking.

We enjoyed the beautiful colourful large park surrounding the hotel and the two restaurant options. the Laguna restaurant had a great atmosphere and delicious food, while the other restaurant had a rich breakfast buffet. Our spacious room and bathroom were also well-equipped and comfortable.

The service at the hotel was lacking. Staff members were unhelpful and made mistakes with our reservations and dinner menus.

For a change, the majority of the Guests were from eastern Europe,overall I had a good impression. The staff was well trained for there jobs and the were well aquinted with English. Alles war zu meiner besten zufriedenheit.

I had an absolutely amazing weekend at this luxurious hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and even a tea and coffee maker. The hotel had a fantastic spa area with a variety of pools and a great spa menu. The food was tasty and of good quality, with a wide variety of options for breakfast and a delicious dinner. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by a beautiful colorful large park and directly on the golf course, which added to the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The hotel has some nice aspects. The staff are friendly and the place is quiet.

Ok, some important things: 1) The dining area is not in proportion with the hotel. So there are not enough tables and staff to accomodate the number of guests. They place additional tables in other rooms, this does not work and it is disappointing. 2)in the rooms, the doors to the balconies cannot be locked from the inside only. so if someone goes onto your balcony they can get into your room. 3) there is a charge for parking your car in the car-park, there is no sign in the car-park stating this. 4) i will not be staying there again.

I liked the extra pets in the room - lots of dead mosquitos sticking to the ceiling (probably for months). The 5-star bedskirts weren't even partially ironed and the maintenance service was abysmal. Opened in 2003, this hotel looks and feels very old already.

The breakfast and dinner buffets were very bland and boring. Ill-prepared food in a "feed the herd" environment.

the location was lovely, with great views, and the hotel had fantastic service. the internet signal was strong, and the staff was very friendly and efficient. One staff member even helped celebrate a colleague's birthday with wine, cake, and a card in the room. the pool was well-maintained, and there were opportunities for golf and biking.

Inconvenience of Restaurant, Room Needs Renovation Unfortunately, the restaurant was overcrowded on the weekend, and it was uncomfortable to get food, drink. I didn't care for the dishes in the restaurant, and I think that the room we had needed renovation.

Older building, people are smooking in lobby and in the bar even if there are children, only 4 tables with chairs in the bar in a 100+ rooms hotel, room is old fashioned except the bathroom, hotel interiour is olds fashioned. No medicinal water just thermal water.

We had a great time at this hotel. The hotel facilities were amazing, with a range of sauna options and thermal pools to choose from. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with clean and spacious rooms that even had tea and coffee making facilities. We appreciated the free parking right in front of the hotel and the beautiful location in a colourful large park. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, providing great recommendations for food and drinks.

Hotel is in general very good. I love the location - surrounded by the nature. Hotel has a lovely spa, awesome breakfast and dinner buffee. I would recommend this hotel as the facilities are really good.

Hotel staff has very poor communications skills which is a big surprise in 5* hotel. Hardly somebody can speak english.

Hotel (room, half-board, services) meet our expectations. Golf course very playable.

Parking fee. Hotel like this one should not ask for parking fee.
